01 Do you work outside Colombia?
Yes. We work remotely with brands in Colombia, Latin America, the US and Spain, and quote in Colombian pesos, US dollars or euros. Our time zone (UTC-5) overlaps with all of the Americas and with the afternoon in Spain.
02 Which platform is right for me?
It depends on the size of your catalog, your integrations and your team. The diagnosis tells you, with reasons; we don't take commissions from any platform.
03 I already have a store. Do I need to rebuild it?
Almost never. Usually we speed up and fix what you already have. We only recommend migrating when the numbers justify it.
04 I built my app with AI and I'm stuck. Can you help?
Yes. We review the code that Lovable, Bolt, Cursor or v0 generated: security (exposed keys, database permissions), performance, tests and deployment. We tell you what can be saved and get it ready for real users.
05 How do you use artificial intelligence?
To build faster, to audit and monitor what we deliver, and inside your operation when it helps: support, catalog, reports. Always with a person reviewing what reaches your customers.
06 What happens after launch?
You can stay on the growth plan (performance, SEO, support and one measured improvement a month) or take everything, fully documented, for your own team to maintain.
07 Do you run ads and social media?
It's not our focus. We focus on making the store convert and keeping the traffic you already have. If you need ads, we'll recommend who to work with.
08 How do you guarantee performance?
